Ordering with WimbaApp
WimbaAPP allows you to place your orders in an easy and simple way.
1. Possibilities of WimbaAPP
WimbaAPP gives you the possibility to place new orders in just 15 minutes. In addition, it stores all data about owners, pets and orders and allows you to make complaints if needed.
You can create individual accounts for each of your employees.
If something interrupts you while placing an order you can save a draft and go back to it later.

2. How To Start
To begin the whole process you need to download WimbaAPP from Google Play or App Store.
Access to the application is available only for Wimba partners. No new accounts can be created on your own.
At the beginning of our partnership every partner receives email with credentials which will allow them to log in into the application.
3. How To Log In
You should receive the log-in credentials along with other materials from WIMBA via email.
In case you have issues with logging in, please:
- try clearing cache
- if you forgot your password, reset it
- in case nothing helps, reach out to us via email - we will provide you with a new log-in credentials
4. Users
In the app, you can create more than one user. It means that you can provide individual access to your employees.
5. Creating a New Order
Creating new orders is very easy. Simply click the “NEW ORDER” button and follow the instructions.
Let’s go together through the following six steps.
Owners
To begin, identify the pet owner. If the owner is already listed in your app, select from the existing entries. For new clients, click on "ADD NEW OWNER".
Owners: Details
Now, please provide the data of the owner.
While filling owners info, name and surname are obligatory. The remaining information is not, but it might come in handy for you while selecting among owners, looking for contact details and so on. We encourage you to keep it all in one place.
Pets
Once we have the owner’s details, it’s time to fill in the pet’s data.
The logic is similar - you can choose from a pet already added to the database of your WimbaAPP or add a new pet.
Pets: Details
We’ll need the pet’s name, breed, weight, age and medical condition. Owner is pre-filled for you. When it comes to age, you do not need to know the exact date of birth - we’re aware it might be impossible with non-pure-breed dogs. Please make sure the year is correct (or as close to it as possible), whereas the day and month can be random.
The more information we have the better, so if possible, fill in the notes as well. Picture is not obligatory - it might serve as a kind of “profile picture” for you to easily select your patient from the list once you have added more than one.
Mind you! This is NOT where you should place the limb pictures. We’ll get to that.
