RESEARCH | Impact of Lattice Structures on Skin Temperature Management
Innovation drives us forward. Our latest research explores how 3D-printed TPU lattice structures in orthotic devices enhance comfort, reduce skin irritation, and manage temperature better than traditional EVA foam.
Key Findings:
TPU lattice structures offer superior thermal regulation and comfort compared to EVA foam.
The open design of TPU lattice improves airflow and moisture evaporation, lowering the risk of skin irritation and infections.
TPU lattice structures are easier to clean, reducing bacteria buildup, unlike EVA foam which can trap heat and contaminants.

This will help pet parents feel more comfortable with the medical device that is their new responsibility to maintain and use properly.
