Welcome to WIMBA Insider – your roundup of what’s new at WIMBA. This month, we’re sharing new WimbaAPP updates, helpful articles on orthopedic conditions, and a brand-new page featuring inspiring WIMBA Patient Stories.

WimbaAPP Updates to Make Ordering Easier

    We’ve made several improvements to WimbaAPP to simplify the ordering process:

    No More Adding New Pet Owner Profiles
    You no longer need to add a new Pet Owner in the app. Just enter the owner’s name and surname when creating a Patient profile.

      Easier Navigation from Home Screen
      You’ll now see Products, Order Drafts, and Track Order tiles right on the main screen for quicker access and easier monitoring of your orders.

        Simplified Add New Patient Form
        We’ve removed non-essential fields (like patient photo and notes), so now only the basics are required to create a patient profile and start your order.

        Drafts & Orders Are Now Separate
        Drafts and placed orders now show in separate tabs for better clarity.

        Password Reset on Mobile
        You can now reset your password directly from the mobile app — not just on the desktop. The password setup process is now easier and more intuitive.
