WIMBA Stifle Orthosis Pro - Ordering Process

Please get familiar with the scanning guidelines before placing the order.
Scanning method differs from what you might already know. 

Only after you have received the scanning kit and got familiar with scanning instructions, start placing your order in the app.

To place the order in the app, you will need to provide:

  • 4 scans
  • X-rays 
  • Goniometry measurements
Remember that only correctly placed order, with proper scans and measurements, will guarantee a fast and efficient brace production.
If any part of the order will not be in line with our guidelines, we will reach out to you to ask you for corrections.
 
By placing the order, you accept the following risks and understand that the complaint for wrong fit will be rejected if:
1. Patella marker is not placed correctly
2. You do not include x-rays 
Other terms of warranty will be honored.
 
Please note
The orthosis does not cure CrCLR. This is a mean of support for the unstable joint and should be used together with physical therapy.
Do not change dog's routine and activity level rapidly right after putting the brace on, as it can cause health hazards, including worsening of the present condition.
