WIMBA Orthosis Delivery Times
This page explains WIMBA Regular Track and Fast Track production options. You’ll find production times for Go, Pro, and Prosthesis Pro products, along with details on Fast Track availability, pricing, and requirements.
The total delivery time for a WIMBA orthosis includes two steps:
- Production time – modeling, 3D printing, assembly, quality control, and packing.
- Shipping time – handled by the carrier; WIMBA does not control transit speed.
Regular Track and Fast Track only affect the production phase. Shipping times remain the same for all orders.
Regular Track
The standard timeline to model, 3D print, assemble, inspect, and pack the device for shipment.
WIMBA Go
- Carpus Go and Tarsus Go (all types): 10 business days
- Cervical Collar: Next business day
WIMBA Pro
- Carpus Pro and Tarsus Pro (with or without paw component): 15 business days
- Stifle Pro Mini and Stifle Pro Standard: 15 business days
WIMBA Prosthesis Pro
- First prototype: 15 business days
- Second prototype: 15 business days (starting from approval of Prototype 1 modifications)
- Final version: 15 business days (starting from approval of Prototype 2 modifications)
Fast Track
Fast Track reduces production time for an additional fee:
- Go Products: Ready in 3 business days. Available worldwide. (Cervical Collar is not eligible since it is already next-day.)
- Pro Products: Ready within 7 business days. Available to providers in the United States only.
- Prostheses: Not eligible, due to the complexity of the design process.

Fast Track Options
WIMBA offers two Fast Track services: Fast Track Go and Fast Track Pro.
Fast Track Go
- Applies to all Carpus Go and Tarsus Go (all types).
- Fixed price, listed in the official WIMBA price sheet.
- Production completed in 3 business days.
Fast Track Pro
- Applies to WIMBA Pro devices.
- Pricing is variable and displayed in the WIMBA app.
Production completed within 7 business days.

Note on Bilateral Orders: If two identical products are ordered for the same patient on the same day, the Fast Track fee for the second device will match the fee calculated for the first order. |

1. Can I cancel Fast Track after placing an order?
- Go Products: No.
- Pro Products: Cancellation is possible only if the submitted data is incorrect and the order cannot be processed.
Yes. Fast Track can be reactivated. The expedited timeline begins once corrected data is confirmed.
